Meeting with Elizabeth and Gardiners

I have just met with Lizzie, her aunt and uncle, the Darcys. Seeing Elizabeth reminds me of Jane. Now that I think of it, I haven't seen her since November 26th, at Netherfield. I wonder how she's doing. I should really arrange a visit with her. Or at least write a letter to see how she is doing.

    For your information Jane is doing just fine. For a while there she was in a great dpression over your departure, but she has being getting better steadily. I would advise you not to try to contact her because it will just get her stirred up all over again. So if you have her best intrest in mind don't keep in contact. Jane adores you as you adore her and to know the truth behind why you left would kill her.

    But Lizzie, if Jane adores me as much as I do, then there would be no harm in reconnecting with her! I know I have hurt her bad. I have learned from my mistake and I want nothing but the best for her.
