The Proposal
I have just been informed that Mr. Darcy has asked for Elizabeth's hand in marriage! The stranger thing is that she has denied him! This is going to bring much joy to my heartless sister. I didn't even realize that my best friend had those feelings for Elizabeth! All I can say is drama, drama, drama.

I had no idea that Mr. Darcy had those feelings for me either. Of course I had to deny his proposal. What women in her right mind would want to marry a man who she obviously doesn't love. You could imagine my surpirse and shock when I heard him utter the words I love you. I didn't no what to tell him as for why I said no but I knew for sure that I was not going to accept his hand in marriage.

Darcy is most suitable for you and your lifestyle and your constant stubbornness and strive for your 'perfect man' is simply unrealistic. You should be appreciative that such a man as Darcy would ask for your hand.
